Included in Your Rent: • Use of a dedicated chair and station • Utilities and Wi-Fi • Common area cleaning • Opportunity for appointments and walk-in clients • Individual shampoo sink at each station What We’re Looking For: • Licensed, professional barbers or stylists with a friendly attitude o Have current License on-hand to present • Someone with a loyal clientele and an eagerness for growth preferred but not required • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace • Insurance coverage for your services is required • Eager to work on growing your client base Rent Details: • Two Options: o 2 Year Lease Contract: 24-Month, 3 8 -month incremental phased approach from no rent to full Monthly rate. o 1 or 2 Year Lease Contract:  $1,000.00 per month Experience • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred. • Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles, barbering techniques, and color theory. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is advantageous. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
