We want their first interaction with us to be a memorable one. We're hiring a Fulfillment Associate to make sure that experience goes right, every single time.
The Role
We're looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join theCut on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for assembling mailing items and getting them shipped on a consistent weekly schedule.
You'll come into the office twice a week, assemble kits from materials we provide, label them, and drop the completed kits off at the post office. Everything you need is supplied. You bring reliability and attention to detail.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. It's straightforward work, but it has to be done accurately and on time. A kit sent to the wrong address is a barber who thinks we forgot about them.
What You'll Do
- Assemble welcome kits by filling envelopes with a set list of items
- Apply mailing labels and verify each kit matches the correct recipient
- Track inventory of kit materials and flag when supplies are running low
- Transport completed kits to the post office for drop-off
- Confirm each week's batch is complete and shipped on schedule
- Keep the kit assembly area organized and stocked
What We're Looking For
- Available to work on-site at the theCut office 2x per week (Thursday & Friday)
- Access to a reliable car for post office drop-offs
- Detail-oriented. Labels, counts, and contents have to be right
- Dependable and consistent; this runs on a weekly cadence
- Able to work independently once shown the process
- Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes of kit materials
- Clear communicator who flags issues before they become problems
